These calls and emails range in subject from simple sales related questions to troubleshooting of our FASS Systems.
Representatives will also work in warranty department to assemble, rebuild, and diagnose the FASS System.
Must have:
-Customer service experience -Mechanical aptitude -Computer skills.
-Positive energetic attitude -Professional phone skills -Willingness to support customers Knowledge of diesel motors is a plus, however training will be provided.
